Loving life! Every little bit counts. Was not perfect yesterday but did good. For dinner I had gluten free pasta with veggies and a pink sauce and brussel sprouts and for lunch I had a 3 bites of my daughter’s pina colada pancakes, shrimp taco and a veggie taco and I drank a half gallon of water:) Today Breakfast: Started late…bullett proof coffee(home made) Lunch: Spinach and kale salad and a vegan lasagna Dinner: Sauteed kale and peppers
